She managed restaurants for Restaurant Brands, ran stores support at Noel Leeming, and went on to lead group learning and capability for The Warehouse Group, a business of up to 12,000 people across more than 270 stores. Along the way she built leadership programmes for Foodstuffs, JB Hi-Fi, Fisher & Paykel, Bank of China and Auckland Council.
She is certified in MBTI, DiSC, Genos Emotional Intelligence, the Emotional Culture Deck and StrengthsFinder, is a workplace assessor, and won the inaugural HRINZ Diversity and Inclusion Award.
