Privacy
This is what the Talent Leadership Consultants website collects about you, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Visits to the site
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what is useful. It records the pages you view, the rough region you are in, your device and browser, and how you arrived. Google uses your IP address to work out the region and does not store it, and we never see it. Analytics does not tell us who you are. If you use an ad blocker or turn off tracking in your browser, it is not recorded at all.
Booking a call
The booking calendar on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and passes them to us so the call can happen. Calendly's handling of that information is covered by its own privacy notice. We keep your booking details to run the call and follow up on it.
If you email Suzanna Rangi directly, we keep the email and your details for as long as we are talking, and afterwards as a record of the work if you become a client. We do not add you to a mailing list; there isn't one.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from another. Calendly sets its own when you open the booking calendar. Nothing else on this site sets a cookie.
Who sees it
Suzanna Rangi and, for the running of this website, Wasted My Ult, which builds and maintains it. Google and Calendly hold the data their tools collect under their own terms. No one else.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email Suzy@tlcltd.co.nz and we will answer within 20 working days, usually much sooner.
